Doug Johnson
Doug Johnson has been hard at work choregraphing this exhibition in honor of his teacher and mentor, a landscape painter. His paintings serve to document the artist's deeply felt experience of America's Midwest. With these artworks, he deftly explores its communities and byways of our environment.
Johnson earned a bachelor's and a master's degree in studio art at Illinois State University and a Master of Fine Arts degree at Northern Illinois University.
